XC 2010 Snack Schedule

Thanks to all the parents that have donated snacks for this season.
This is the current snack schedule: NHS XC Snack Schedule. If you would still like to donate snacks, water, Gatorade, fruit you are welcome to do so at anytime.
We were unable to get all the "fruit" filled for both OC Championships 10/16 & Mt SAC 10/22 - if any of the varsity parents would like to bring fruit or any of the athletes would like to take it upon themselves to bring fruit for that race, please do so.
XC, Athletic Meeting - IUSD required Transportation Fees

Parents please be aware that IUSD requires that you pay the transportation fee to cover the cost of bus service. While this fee is not collected by the XC program it does need to be paid directly to the school. Questions can be directed to the Athletic Director, Dean Toohey 949-936-7213 dtoohey@iusd.org.
In addition please try to make our parent meeting on Tuesday, August 31 at 7PM. There will be a school-wide athletics meeting in the theater, followed by a short cross country meeting in Coach Gates' room(1001).

Welcome to another exciting cross country season. The summer is off to a great start, as we begin preparing for what promises to be a fun, tough, and competitive season in the new Pacific Coast League, as we hope to return to the State Championships! Positive parental support is an integral aspect of any successful athletic program. Welcome all returning and new XC athletes and parents!
The 2010-2011 XC Season is just beginning and we are looking forward to another successful year.
As with any student athletic organization, the best results happen when parents support, volunteer and make it happen. There are several areas to which you can provide support to the NHS XC team.
2010 NHS XC Summer Camp
6/24/2010 Cross CountryREMINDER:
All athletes that are planning on participating in the 2010 XC Camp this summer are required to have a current physical on file with the school and have paid the camp fees no later than July 26th.
School policy mandates to drop any athlete from the roster and then send them home if the athlete has not met these requirements above.
